Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are
Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. We
will attempt to ship all stock items within 48 hours of receipt of the
order. Non-stock items or large orders will be given an estimated ship
date when the order is placed.
Non-stock items may ship directly from the manufacturer or from a
different warehouse location. Depending on your location, the shipment
may take more transit time.
Overnight, 2 day & 3 day Select Shipping Orders must be placed by 12:00 pm CST.
All orders must be paid in U.S. funds by credit card. Exchange rates
are automatically calculated on credit card orders on shopping cart
transactions if the correct funds are selected in the cart.
The shipping cost shown for an order reflects what you can expect to
pay if the items ship at 25lbs. maximum per box. Some items may be
bulkier and require more boxes/packages. Multiple boxes/packages
typically are costlier to ship and therefore your total shipping and
handling cost may be higher than the sum of shipping charges appearing
in your cart. At American Garage Door Supply, we will do our best to
minimize your exposure to additional shipping expense. Our policy is to
notify you before the shipment of your order of any changes to the
posted shipping amounts.
The recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes and customs fees at
the time of delivery. Please contact your local "Customs Office" for an
estimate of these fees.

Standard Ground, normally 3-8 business days
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via
Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8

Standard Ground, normally 5-10 business days.

Freight Damage: Please check all
freight for obvious and concealed damages. Purchaser must make all
claims for delay, damage, or loss in transit to the transportation
company. In the case of damaged freight, it is to be accepted as such
and noted on the freight bill. Customer is responsible for the cost of
replacement products delivered under any customer freight claim
Return Policy: Standard stock
materials that you have ordered from us can be returned to us within 14
days of receipt. The return shipping is to be prepaid and arranged by
the customer. No materials will be accepted without a return
authorization (RMA) from the factory. Freight on returned material must
be prepaid by customer. A 25% restocking fee will be applied on returned
non-warranty product if accepted as fit for sale after inspection at
our dock. Initial freight to the customer is non-refundable. Items that
are non-stock, altered, used by the customer Weather Stripping and torsion/extension springs are
non-returnable. (see conditions)
